Shaitaan Box Office Collection Day 10: Vikas Bahl’s latest offering – ‘Shaitan’, has emerged as one of India’s best-ever Rs 100 crore business movies, having already created a record on the overseas front. Ajay Devgan, R. “Shaitan”, starring Madhavan, Jyotika, and Janaki Bodiwala, released in theaters on November 8 and is holding a good position at the box office despite other important releases like “Yodha”.

“Shaitan” took a commendable start at the ticket counters on the very first day and collected Rs 14.75 crore. The collection continued to rise till the ninth day and as per the initial estimates, there was a huge collection of Rs 9.75 crore.

The Hindi adaptation will be director Krishnadev Yagnik’s film “Vash”, a 2003 Gujarati film. Here in “Shaitan” she is playing the role of Ajay Devgan and Jyotika’s daughter, which is produced by R. She becomes troubled by a mysterious stranger played by Madhavan.
