Talking about the plot, ’83’ starts off with the unveiling of the overwhelmingly plush Royal Delhi Club, which happens to look after the history of yesteryears of the British era. And right there, a shocking murder happens to make almost every person look like a suspect. Leading the investigations is ACP Bhavani Singh, essayed by Pankaj Tripathi, who’s digging through a maze of deep club secrets. And while he is at it, one can keep on taking unexpected turns.
