A Day in the Life of a GO-AI Associate
GO-AI Associates work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts. They perform 9-hour shifts, including breaks, and are responsible for annotating video-based jobs to ensure the quality of stowing at Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers. Associates get two consecutive days off each week, which may not necessarily fall on weekends. Night shift allowances are provided as per Amazon’s policies.

The GO-AI team provides vital human support to Amazon’s Fulfillment facilities by enabling hands-free stowing through accurate video annotations. These annotations improve the automated processes and maintain stow quality standards.
