Amazon Web Services (AWS) Utility Computing (UC) division is looking for a Digital Associate to join its team in Chennai. AWS UC is known for its groundbreaking cloud services, including the Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). This role will support the development and management of various AWS services, including Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a defined set of instructions to gather ground truth data for product development.
- Report results accurately and efficiently.
- Understand and follow procedures for new tasks or releases.
- Perform repetitive tasks based on dynamic instructions while maintaining high quality.
- Use software tools for data capture, adhering to organizational processes daily.
- Record results, communicate effectively, escalate issues, and provide status reports.
- Meet daily targets while managing internal and external dependencies.
- Raise and resolve all issues related to task execution according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
